This website was created with Microsoft FrontPage 2000 and JASC Software's Paint Shop Pro.  To make it load faster, there are no scripts of any kind associated with this motif and the hyperlinks are all accessed by small JPEG graphics.  There are no frames because, when the website was created, search engines didn't handle frames very well.  You may not notice it directly, but the site also uses the metatags "description," "keywords," "name" and "title" to enhance its showing on the search engines.

This is the Professional Motif.  The 14-point Arial font, blue background and gray-blue lettering were chosen so as not to be too difficult on the eyes, yet be visible both on a web browser and as a printout.  The colors are also web-safe--that is, they should render on any color monitor, with any graphic browser.  For those without graphic browsers, all the buttons have titles, so that even someone using an antique web browser like lynx will be able to navigate this site.  The site was designed for a screen resolution of 800X600, and was previewed using both Internet Explorer, Version 5 and Netscape 4.7.

Time permitting, I may add other motifs.  In every motif, the vertical toolbar will access the different pages and the horizontal one will access the motifs.
