Personal
Born in Akron, Ohio. Recently married (2002), my new bride, Donna, brought both a son and daughter into my life. Tragically, her son and his girlfriend were both killed by a drunk driver, in January 2003. My son and daughter-in-law have two sons and a daughter. They live in North Carolina. Donna's new granddaughter , Abree Marie, daughter Melissa and son-in-law Ryan live in Sacramento, CA. We have just celebrated our fifth anniversary.

Education
I still attend Akron University, but have yet to get a degree. I have concentrated on Business Administration courses as well as the required undergraduate courses. I was on the Dean's List for the 1997 Fall Semester for Technical Writing and Human Resource Management courses. I have also attended George Mason University in Virginia. You're never too old to go back to school. Currently taking  Illustration/Advertising Photography and Web Animation (Flash).

Current Work
Currently l am laid off from my job as night-shift supervisor at a manufacturing plant.

I also service office equipment at N.A.S.A., the National Aeronautical and Space Administration.

Creating or maintaining web sites is also an extra bit of fun I have. I am the webmaster of this, and of the www.augusthealth.com web site.

Interests
As with everyone, my interests are varied and to some, they may think boring. Music, Dancing, Computers and Computing, Art (I do water colors), Photography, Numismatics (the study of coins), Railroad Modeling (the historically modeling of a railroad), Reading (when I get a chance) and much more. Naturally I can only do one thing at a time, so when the fancy hits, I get the gear out and go for it.

Places of Interest
England, France & the Alps - We had a great time, the people were very friendly.
Toronto, Ontario - A great city with unlimited entertainment in many different forms.
Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario - A quaint little town full of ambiance. The Prince of Wales Hotel.
Alaska - Everything.
New York City - Most everything.
The USA and Canada.

Current Projects

2008 Vacation to Paris and southern France.

Last Books Read

Adam Smith's, The Wealth of Nations.

Philosophy
Family and friends are the most important part of our lives. Without them we are nothing. Giving is better than receiving.

Having a loving wife is the greatest.

To be continued...

Family and friends are your most important assets, treat them with love and kindness.
