Team leader of library systems department, providing customer software support and troubleshooting via email or phone. Serve as INFOhio's Reports Team leader to test customized reports and set priorities in response to user requests. Co-chair INFOhio's Program Team which sets the agendas for statewide Technical Roundtable meetings and annual Providers training. Consult with LNOCA staff and library liaisons to prepare and finalize agendas and content for local user meetings. Publicize INFOhio databases by presenting at faculty meetings and inservices. Maintain database integrity, convert and load vendor MARC record files, monitor automated load procedures, and execute batch modifications of data. Conduct and evaluate in-house or on-site user training workshops. Routinely compose and update web-based support documents. Set up new client school or district databases. Liaison with INFOhio technical services staff and peer Information Technology Centers in the state. Worked with library and IT staff at nearly 200 buildings to implement an upgrade to the Java Client of the Sirsi/Dynix library automation software, and conducted on-site training of library staff. Coordinated extraction, conversion, and migration of bibliographic, user, and item transaction data for over 200 school libraries from multiLIS to Sirsi/Dynix library automation software. Completed the conversion and loading of MARC and item records for 30 libraries as part of the 2002-03 LSTA Automation Grant implementation.
