Hi there! My website has moved off of AOL. I finally got tired of them like I'm told a lot of people have. Anyway, I'm very happy using Netlink as my local DSL carrier. You probably will, too. Anyway, most of the links on this page are going to be offline for a few days/weeks/months/years/decades/eons depending on how long it takes me to rededicate myself to web publishing. To the one or two of you out there who religiously check on my website, I'm glad you found my new home. Please be patient while I redecorate...
I'm so vain... I probably think this website is about me...
Hi! Good evening and welcome to my little corner of the world devoted to... me.
How's that for self-centered? Well, Descartes did say that I know myself first
and best, so I guess that does make 'me' the one true thing in the cosmos. At
any rate, I'm going to assume for a while that you exist, too.
That way, it won't seem like I'm talking to myself. So what's new on these
pages? We'll I've updated my bibiliography to include
my numerous publications (thank you, thank you, you like me... you really like
me!) And I've included several links to good sites. The Plato's Children
website is dead (I killed it! Tee hee hee!) and has been replaced by the
existential hell I call 'nothing'. Hope you enjoy.
And, at the request of my friends (i have two of them, both are pickled in large mason jars in my basement) I am including a more detailed biography of myself, to help you better come to know your gracious host. Bon apetite.

I also enjoy Cook's collection In the Small of My Backyard and the poetry of Clayton Eshleman. Stephen Dobyn's The Church of Dead Girls was VERY good, but his poetry collection Pallbearers Envying the One Who Rides was a little lacking. Dobyn's poems in Velocities, particularly his "My Favorite Iraqi Soldier", were astounding. I have recently discovered Douglas Adams' Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy-- one of the pillars of science fiction and comedy. Of course, I am a Hemingway affiocionado and also enjoy the poems of T.S. Eliot (The Wasteland and Prufrock, mostly).

Opinion of this moment: If you don't vote, don't complain. But remember: it's always been up to democrats throughout history to undo the damage wrought by Republican regimes. The Democrats stand for social equality and taking care of those who cannot take care of themselves. For the most part, Republicans believe in might makes right, and survival of the fittest. This is a battle which will rage throughout history, so choose your sides now and choose wisely.
Get registered to vote, exercise your right to vote, and help change the things you don't like. Yes, it is that simple.
Yes, I'm so tragically bored that I'd like to hear from you.
